Kathi Mikelson serves as the Vice President of Strategic Growth at CareVet since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in operational leadership. Prior to this role, Kathi held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Systems Graphics, Inc. from 2023 to September 2024. At Heartland Dental, from 2018 to 2022, Kathi was instrumental in managing growth in practice management operations and enhancing customer service standards. Kathi's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at The Princeton Review, where responsibilities encompassed multi-site operations, talent acquisition, and customer service, along with leading retail field operations for multiple states. Kathi began a career in education, supervising adult education programs at St. Charles R-VI School District from 2000 to 2007. Kathi holds a Master's Degree in Management from National Louis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Promotion Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University.
