Kim Spath has extensive experience in healthcare and IT, currently serving as a CNA Lab Instructor at Lake County High Schools Technology Campus since September 2017, while also managing care for clients with chronic illnesses as a Care Manager at CareTeam Solutions LLC since April 2016. Additionally, Kim has been a Registered Nurse at Specialist Nursing and HCR ManorCare since August 2015 and March 2015, respectively, focusing on asthma, allergy, pulmonary patients, and general patient care. Prior experience includes significant roles at Hewlett-Packard from November 1982 to August 2012, featuring ITSM Service Improvement and Risk Management. Kim holds an ASDN in Registered Nursing from the College of Lake County and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Illinois University.
