Michael Powell is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in healthcare investment banking and consulting. Currently serving as an Advisor at Caret Health since 2024, Michael has held significant positions including Vice President of Finance at Health Outlook Corp. from 2022 to 2023 and as an Independent Consultant at a Family Office from 2021 to 2022. Previous roles include Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald (2017-2020) and Vice President of Healthcare Investment Banking at KeyBank (2016-2017). Michael's career began at Jefferies & Company, where Michael served as Vice President of M&A from 2010 to 2016.
