Damien Hill is a seasoned professional in enterprise systems management with extensive experience in the superannuation sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Systems at CareSuper since November 2024, Damien previously held similar managerial roles at Spirit Super and Tasplan Super from April 2021 to November 2024 and October 2016 to April 2021, respectively. Earlier in the career, Damien worked at Retirement Benefits Fund from September 2008 to October 2016 in various roles, including Corporate Systems Consultant and Team Leader Enterprise Information Systems. The career began at the Department of Treasury and Finance, Tasmania, where Damien served as Senior Human Resource Officer from December 2004 to September 2007.
