Massimo Cavallari is the Owner and Founder of MC Fashion Design LLC, specializing in footwear design, development, sourcing, and production consulting for major luxury brands since September 2012. In addition, Massimo has held various consulting roles, including footwear product development and production for James Perse Ent., Inc., and design consulting for FLANNEL. Massimo has contributed to footwear development in partnerships with HANSCOOL, Careste, and previously with TRETORN. Prior experience includes market intelligence management at Alpinestars and sustainable fashion consulting for Vans and The North Face during their Innovation Summits. Massimo's career in the industry began with product marketing and sales management at Lotto Sport Italia Spa. Massimo holds a degree from Parson University in New York, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
