Diana B. has held a variety of roles in the healthcare and technology industries since 1994. Diana began their career as an Office Manager at the Office of the Community Lawyer, where they managed customer service experience, inventory, community library, vendors, IT management, and community-based events. In 2007, they became a Hyperbaric Technician at Oxyheal Health Group, providing hospital-based hyperbaric oxygen therapy care for patients. From 2009 to 2012, Diana worked at Compass Learning (now Edgenuity Inc.) as a Marketing & Field Marketing Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, where they implemented a software as a service (SaaS) model and oversaw cross-functional strategic efforts. Diana then moved to Lithium Technologies as an Operations Manager, where they researched and monitored the customer experience life cycle for the identification of improvement strategies and developed and executed employee engagement programs. From 2017 to 2020, Diana worked at TMF Health Quality Institute as a Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist, where they planned and managed quality enhancement and continuous quality improvement projects. In 2020, they worked at CareStarter as a Healthcare Consultant, building and managing 2 teams successfully through 3 phases of a govt. contract. Diana also held roles at Blue Shield of California as a Business Process Analyst Consultant, Medi-Cal PMO Program Manager, Enterprise Business Process Management - Project Manager, and Provider, Broker & Shared Services Consultant. Lastly, Diana worked as a Consultant at Uber and Lyft in 2020.

Diana B. has an extensive education history. Diana earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership and Management Consulting from St. Edward's University between 2015 and 2018. Diana earned their BFA in Ceramics from the University of Hartford between 2005 and 2009.
