Tamara Lacelles-Smith is an experienced regional manager currently working at CareSouth since May 2020, following a tenure at Life Without Barriers from August 2015 to May 2020 where roles included Area Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District from February 2014 to August 2015, focused on child protection and health pathways, and various roles at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) from July 2007 to February 2014, including Manager of Casework and Child Protective Specialist. Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong and attended Saint John Bosco College.
