Manoj Kumar has a progressive work experience starting in 2012. Manoj began their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Rane Madras Limited and Rane Group, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined HCL Technologies as a Design and Documentation Lead. Currently, they are working at Caresoft Global, where they have held the positions of Associate Team Lead and Project Lead since 2021.

Manoj Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama University in the years 2015-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from PSG polytechnic college during the years 2009-2012.
