Laurence Nibur has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In recent years, Laurence has held senior executive positions in healthcare companies. Between 2021 and 2022, Laurence worked as a Senior Vice President at Alteon Health. In 2018, they were a Senior Director of Network Development at Kindred Healthcare, and prior to that, they held various roles in the same company, including Director of Planning and Development and Senior Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Laurence worked as a Project Manager at Humana from 2005 to 2010 and as a Commercial Solutions Manager at Baxter International Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Laurence started their career at Baxter International Inc. in 1997 as part of the Financial Development Program. In 2023, Laurence held two positions simultaneously, one as the Vice President of Business Development at CareRing Health and another as a Senior Business Development Executive at 18.5 Health Equity.

Laurence Nibur earned a BS Degree in Finance & Marketing with a minor in Math from Indiana University Bloomington. Laurence also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
