Alex Vogelzang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, law enforcement, and team building. Currently serving as the Founder of BirdSong Culture and Team Building since August 2024, Alex focuses on developing healthy organizational cultures. In addition to this role, Alex has been the Area Director for Michigan at CarePortal since January 2023. Prior positions include Customer Success and Operations Manager and Key Account Leader/Project Manager at PeopleIT, Services Specialist at the State of Michigan, Police Officer for the City of Madison, WI, and Police Officer at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Earlier experience includes serving as the Operations Manager at Legal Copy Services Inc., where Alex managed vendor relationships and customer accounts. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Calvin University, earned in 2007.
