Angelo Salerno

IT Support Specialist / Help Desk Analyst at CarePoint Health

Angelo Salerno has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Support Specialist and Help Desk Analyst at CarePoint Health since May 2013. In this role, Salerno provides frontline technical support to over 5,000 end-users, effectively managing more than 300 support tickets and 160 calls each month while diagnosing and troubleshooting various hardware, software, and network issues. Prior to this, Salerno worked as a Computer Operator at Kasper A.S from October 2001 to March 2004, where responsibilities included processing shipping manifest reports and assisting the help desk with technology-related issues. Salerno holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University - Newark, earned from 2009 to 2012, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Hudson County Community College, completed in 2009.
