Tabitha Carlson currently serves as a Senior Planner & Operations at CareOregon since June 2023 and has been a Project Director at Equus Workforce Solutions since September 2015. Previously, Tabitha held the position of Administrative Services & Human Resources Director at Rogue Valley Council of Governments from February 2023 to June 2023, and served as Safety Manager at S&B James Construction from February to August 2015. Prior experience includes working as Human Resources Manager at Asante Physician Partners from December 2012 to February 2015. Tabitha received a Master's degree in Organizational Training and Development from Southern Oregon University, with additional studies focused on Business Development.
