Shannon Spaeth is currently the Director of Nursing at CareOne. Prior to that, Shannon held the position of Assistant Director of Nursing at Bishop McCarthy Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. Shannon also worked as the Director of Nursing at Jefferson Health New Jersey for nearly two decades. Shannon has experience overseeing nursing operations at a 190-bed long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation facility.
