Richmond Reyes has extensive work experience in workforce management and leadership roles.

Richmond currently works as the Workforce Director at Carenet Health, a position they have held since July 2020.

From 2019 to 2020, Richmond worked at Infosys BPM as a Senior Domain Manager. In this role, they directed the global workforce for the company and led a team responsible for capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and reporting. Richmond also launched new clients' workforce processes and reviewed headcount requirements and service level agreements.

Prior to their role at Infosys BPM, Richmond worked at BPO International, Inc. from 2015 to 2019. Richmond served as the Senior Workforce Manager and Head of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Development Team. Richmond's previous work experience includes roles such as Financial Wealth Officer at FWD Insurance from 2015 to 2017, Workforce Manager at Ubiquity Global Services Inc. from 2012 to 2015, Workforce Manager at Teleperformance from 2010 to 2011, Workforce Supervisor at TeleTech from 2006 to 2009, and Team Lead at Sykes from 2003 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Richmond has consistently demonstrated expertise in workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time monitoring. Richmond has successfully led teams, implemented process improvements, and collaborated with stakeholders at various levels.

Richmond Reyes completed their secondary education at La Salle Green Hills from 1994 to 1998, however, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during this time. Afterward, from 1998 to 2003, they attended the University of the Philippines where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
