Jannie Oskam is an experienced columnist at Carend since November 2022 and has worked independently as a speaker, writer, and guest lecturer since June 2015. With a background spanning 30 years in healthcare, including roles from caregiver to organizational consultant, Jannie brings personal insights as a cancer survivor since 2013 and extensive involvement in the Borstkankervereniging Nederland, particularly in the Expertgroep Eigen Regie. Jannie has served in various capacities, including as a member of klankbordgroep patiëntervaringsverhalen at Erasmus University Rotterdam and as a guest lecturer on shared decision-making at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Academie. Jannie's educational credentials include a degree in social sciences from Utrecht University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and lead assessment.
