Carrie Carbonneau's work experience includes being the Director of Client Experience at CarelonRx since 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member - Volunteer at The Granite YMCA from 2019 to 2023. Carrie also held positions at IngenioRx and Anthem, where they worked as a Pharmacy Account Director and Senior Pharmacy Account Manager, supporting Medical Account Executives in analyzing pharmacy data and designing benefit strategies. At Anthem, they also held roles as a Health and Wellness Program Manager and a Wellness Program Consultant, providing strategic wellness programming consultation and analyzing medical and pharmacy data. Before that, they worked at HealthFitness as a Solutions Analyst and Program Manager, consulting clients on wellness program goals and managing a company-wide wellness program. Carrie also worked at Elliot Hospital as a Fitness Services Coordinator and a Wellness Specialist, managing fitness centers, providing community outreach, and offering wellness education and support.

Carrie Carbonneau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire from 2004 to 2008. Carrie obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Plymouth State University in 2010 and 2011. In 2015, they also obtained a WELCOA Faculty certification from the Wellness Council of America.
