Mitun Chakraborty is an experienced professional in talent management, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Carelon since March 2021. Prior to this, Mitun held various significant positions at Honeywell from May 2013 to December 2020, including Director of APAC Talent Management & Learning, and led talent management initiatives for the Global RD&E Organization across multiple geographies. Earlier experience includes roles as an Independent HR Consultant and as a professional in social development with international organizations. Mitun holds an MA in Social Work with a focus on Urban and Rural Community Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a PGCHRM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
