Maci Wachtel is a seasoned professional in marketing and sales enablement, currently serving as the Sales Enablement Director at Carelon since June 2022. Prior experience includes managing proposal and marketing services at Anthem, Inc., where Maci led proposal processes and partnered with sales leadership to align resources with prospects' needs. At Afar Media, Maci advanced from Integrated Marketing Manager to Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, overseeing RFP processes and campaign management while mentoring junior team members. Early career experiences include roles at Tumi, Papillon Collective, and Service roles at Speed Art Museum, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Louisville. During college, Maci excelled as a volleyball player, contributing to multiple championships and NCAA tournament appearances.
