The Care and Support Team at Careline Lifestyles is responsible for delivering specialized, high-quality care to adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, and complex physical disabilities. This team, comprising Mental Health Support Workers, Support Workers, a Registered Nurse, and Care Assistants, collaboratively ensures that service users receive comprehensive support to live meaningful lives and achieve their individual goals.

The Management team at Careline Lifestyles oversees the administration and operational effectiveness of our specialist residential and nursing care services. This includes ensuring the highest quality of care, coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts, maintaining facilities, and complying with health and safety standards. The team works collaboratively to inspire service users to achieve their goals and live meaningful lives, while also managing staff recruitment and retention to support our continued expansion.
