Hillegard Muller Saayman is an experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in flight instruction and operational roles. Currently serving as a Simulator Instructor for CareFlight and Proflight Training, Hillegard specializes in B200 and Bombardier Dash 8 - Q400 type ratings. With previous roles as a B200 & B350 Type Rating Instructor at Flight Options and a Q400 TRI with QantasLink, extensive aeromedical expertise was developed as an Aeromedical Captain at CareFlight and PelAir. A former Captain at AeroRescue, Hillegard has significant experience in search and rescue operations. Military experience as an Operational Commander in the South African Air Force complements a strong instructional foundation from Flight Training Adelaide. Hillegard holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma of Aviation from the Australian Airline Pilot Academy.
