Currently serving as the Vice President of Public and Labor at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since 2021, Joe previously held the position of Vice President of National Labor and Trust at Anthem, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing hundreds of multi-employer plan sponsors and managing a membership base of 1.7 million individuals. Joe's career began at Ullico Inc., and continued with significant roles at Aetna where a dedicated infrastructure for the Public and Labor sector was established.
