Doba Parushev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the health and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Healthworx since June 2022, Doba also holds the title of Vice President at Healthworx Ventures alongside a position as Director of Venture Capital at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, a role commenced in May 2020. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Edison Partners from June 2016 to April 2020 and a Senior Business Analyst position at McKinsey & Company from March 2013 to August 2014. Doba began a career at Endeavor as Head of Special Programs, spanning from September 2010 to February 2013. Doba Parushev holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a BSE in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from UWC Adriatic, with additional studies in Aerospace Engineering through an exchange program at the University of Sydney.
