Jaime Sutton has extensive experience in recruitment and workforce development, currently serving as a Business Service Recruiter at CareerSource Tampa Bay since June 2014. In this role, Jaime possesses comprehensive knowledge of recruiting components, the local labor market, and the hiring process, while effectively managing relationships with local employers and maintaining confidentiality. Previous experience includes working as a Welfare Transition Case Manager at CareerSource Northeast Florida, where Jaime engaged clients in job search activities and facilitated vocational training to promote self-sufficiency. Additionally, Jaime has demonstrated skills in data analysis, public presentations, and coordinating recruitment events for Hillsborough County Public Schools. Education was completed at Florida State College at Jacksonville.
