Leda Zelka has over 20 years of experience in workforce development and management. Currently serving as WIOA Case Manager, Trade Adjustment Assistance Coordinator, and Workforce Development Manager at CareerSource Pinellas since October 2013, Leda manages staff to serve over 50,000 customers annually and ensures compliance with local and state regulations. Prior experience includes working as Employment Security Lead at Tampa Bay WorkForce Alliance, where Leda assessed clients' needs and supported their job search efforts, and as an Accountant at Railway Regional Directorate in Albania, focusing on financial reporting and reconciliation.
