Stephen S. has extensive experience in compliance training, project management, and employment services, currently serving as the Manager of Compliance Training and Monitoring at CareerSource Palm Beach County since May 2013. In this role, Stephen develops training programs related to audit compliance and represents senior leadership in maintaining and tracking Corrective Action Plans. Previously, in the position of Manager of Projects, Stephen coordinated efforts for employer registrations on the Employ Florida system and set strategic operational goals. Earlier roles include Associate Placement Specialist at CareerSource, Employment Security Representative I at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, and Administrative Office Manager at National Markets, LLC. Stephen's experience also includes serving as an Executive Administrative Officer and HIV/STI Counselor with the Ghana Health Service. Stephen holds an MBA and a degree in Health Services Administration from Florida Atlantic University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from the University of Cape Coast.
