Sheronda Holzendorf, CBHCMS, CRPS-F, currently serves as a Self Sufficiency Navigator at CareerSource Northeast Florida, focusing on developing individualized plans to promote client self-reliance. Previously, Sheronda held the position of Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor at Quality Life Center, where responsibilities included ensuring the delivery of behavioral health services and improving provider efficiencies. As Resident & Community Engagement Manager at Ability Housing, Sheronda facilitated community programs aimed at enhancing housing stability for residents and addressed barriers to access essential services. With experience spanning case management and community engagement roles at various organizations, including Sulzbacher and River Region Human Services, Sheronda possesses a strong background in supporting individuals in achieving stability and independence. Sheronda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The City College of New York and an Associate of Arts in English from CUNY Bronx Community College, complemented by a certificate in Environmental Science from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
