Jessica Anduiza serves as the Executive Director at Career TEAM LLC since January 2019, having held multiple leadership roles including Deputy Director and Career Advisor Team Lead. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Program Officer at IREX, where responsibilities encompassed designing training programs and managing international exchange initiatives, and acting as Country Director in Tunisia. Additional roles include managing operations for the Community College Initiative program and volunteering with the Peace Corps in Azerbaijan. Jessica Anduiza also coordinated the International Taxation degree program at Duke Center for International Development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from Western Washington University, an EdD from Seattle University, a Master's degree from Duke University, and a Master's in International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training.
