Kavita Rai is an experienced professional with a diverse background in counseling, editing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Conccept since March 2017, Joint Secretary of the National Career Counsellors Network since December 2018, and Associate Editor at Career Beacon since September 2019, Kavita has demonstrated a commitment to career development and support. Additional volunteer experience includes counseling services since September 2012. Previous roles include Partner at Organic Online from June 2013 to June 2019 and Independent Distributor for Herbalife from January 2010 to March 2011. Kavita’s educational credentials include a Masters in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, an Advance Diploma in Counseling and Guidance from Enoma, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University.
