Youssef Negm, COPC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Channel Experience Manager at Careem since August 2017, Youssef enhances the customer and captain experience across multiple countries, utilizing data analysis to identify and rectify pain points. Co-founding The Gaming Lounge in November 2023, Youssef exhibits entrepreneurial spirit alongside previous roles, including Customer Experience Supervisor at Telecom Egypt and Customer Experience Specialist at Orange Egypt, where responsibilities included developing customer journeys and assessing retail channels. Youssef's early career included marketing roles at the Canada Egypt Business Council and Nile Information Technology. Youssef holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Trade from Misr International University and completed secondary education at Rowed Language School.
