Kirk Sweigard's work experience includes holding various roles at CareCredit, starting in 2005. Kirk has served as Vice President of the Dental Industry & Partnerships, Vice President of Strategic Partners & Associations, and Director of Strategic Partnerships & Associations. Kirk also held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development, contributing to Synchrony Financial's IPO in 2014. Prior to their time at CareCredit, Kirk worked as an Ocean Lifeguard III Supervisor for the City of Huntington Beach Marine Safety Division. Kirk also had a role as a Senior Pharmaceutical Representative II at GlaxoSmithKline from 2000 to 2003.

Kirk Sweigard pursued their education at UC Santa Barbara from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Sciences.
