Angela Hewan is a Nurse Practitioner who joined CareConnectMD as VP of Clinical Operations in August 2020. She is a graduate of UCLA and has been practicing since 1991. She has worked in long term care and hospice for the past 25 years. Prior to CareConnectMD, she worked at Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care as the National Director of Clinical Operations covering the Western United States. Her interests also include travelling and reading. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys testing new recipes and trying to grow a vegetable garden. Her favorite part about working for CareConnectMD is the people and the impact that she providers have on the quality of life of the patients. Angela believes CareConnect is at the forefront of healthcare initiative, and that she could set the standard for palliative healthcare by which all other plans will be measured.
