Nikki Shannon has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as a Registered Nurse at °ä²¹°ù±ð´¡±è²¹°ù±ð²Ô³Ùâ„¢ since January 2021, following roles at Interim HealthCare Inc. and Provident Home Healthcare. In these positions, Nikki has provided comprehensive nursing care, including trach management, respiratory treatments, and G-tube administration while closely monitoring patient vital signs and maintaining communication with healthcare teams. Prior to nursing, Nikki operated a home daycare business for eight years, handling all aspects of care and education for children, alongside financial management. Additionally, Nikki's background includes serving as a Tax Increment Financing Coordinator, where project management and legal documentation were key responsibilities. Nikki holds an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Rasmussen University and an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College.
