The leadership team at Care Weather has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. The team includes a former satellite radar engineer, a manufacturing lead, a student machinist, and a NASA Earth Science Fellow. The team also has a VP of Business Development and Operations, and an RF & Antenna Engineering Intern. The team is led by the founder and project engineer of the Passive Inspection CubeSats Mission (PICs).
