Abi Gifford is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Shared Services Manager at Care UK since December 2013, Abi leads a team focused on centralizing back-office functions and improving customer service efficiencies. Previous roles within Care UK include Hub Manager and Hub Team Manager for the Care Support Team, demonstrating leadership in delivering high-quality service. Prior to Care UK, Abi gained valuable experience in the food service industry as a Supervisor at China Kitchen and as a Waitress and Bar Person at Zen Noodle Bar. Abi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Essex, completed in 2013.
