Ravi Lal Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and health services, currently serving as Site Manager at CARE India since May 2021. Previously, Ravi held the position of National Resource Person for the Incremental Learning Approach under the National Nutrition Mission at CARE India and was Deputy Chief of Project at HLFPPT, overseeing major health care initiatives in Assam and Uttar Pradesh. Additional roles included State Based Specialist for Capacity Building under the ICDS System Strengthening and Nutrition Improvement Project and National Manager for the Knowledge Management Division at HLFPPT. Ravi's career began with CARE India, where technical leadership was provided for community mobilization strategies and maternal and newborn health projects. Ravi holds an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a PGDRD in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
