Nadhia Khan is an experienced housing professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer and Community at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing since February 2019 and as a Board Member and Vice Chair at Care Housing Association Ltd since March 2020, where Nadhia also chairs the Audit Committee. Nadhia has a strong background in strategic leadership and service delivery, with previous roles including Board Member at the Chartered Institute of Housing, and various senior positions at Yorkshire Housing, where Nadhia led significant service transformation initiatives. Nadhia's earlier career included important leadership roles at Home Group, Nashayman Housing, Brunel Housing, and Yorkshire Metropolitan Housing, fostering community engagement and stakeholder partnerships throughout. Nadhia holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership for Housing from Lancaster University and an MBA in Public Policy from the University of Birmingham.
