Derrick Waller is an experienced professional with a robust background in clinical operations and management, currently serving as the Site Recruitment Manager at HemoShear Therapeutics since September 2021. In this role, Derrick manages site activation activities for US sites and leads CRO project teams for international site activations. Prior to this, Derrick spent nearly two decades at PRA Health Sciences, holding various positions including Manager of Process and Learning Management, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Learning Management System and vendor management. Other roles included Senior Learning Management System Analyst and Senior Process Analyst, focusing on quality assurance, project management, and performance metrics. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
