Katie McDonald Blaine is a skilled professional with extensive experience in network performance, grant and contract administration, and program management. Currently serving as a Network Performance Specialist at Care Compass Network since October 2024, Katie previously held positions at The Research Foundation for SUNY and the Rural Health Network of SCNY. Katie's career also includes roles in federal casework and as a certified Pilates instructor. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
