John M. Carrigg

John M. Carrigg is the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Health Services. UHS is a $1 billion regional healthcare delivery system consisting of healthcare providers and supporting organizations primarily serving New York’s Southern Tier and surrounding areas. UHS is the largest healthcare system and private employer in the Greater Binghamton region, employing approximately 6,500 employees and serving over 600,000 residents. UHS is the parent corporation responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting system development and integration. The UHS System includes UHS Hospitals (UHS Binghamton General Hospital and UHS Wilson Medical Center), UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, UHS Delaware Valley Hospital, UHS Medical Group, UHS Senior Living at Ideal, UHS Home Care, UHS Foundation, and the Southern New York Indemnity Company, LLC.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, North Carolina, and an MBA from Binghamton University.
