John E. Nielsen has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. John currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at Cardiovascular Systems.

John began their career in 1995 as a securities analyst with Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard. John then spent two years as a securities analyst with HD Brous & Co. before moving to Feltl & Company in 2002. In 2003, John joined Regis Corporation as Director of Finance, a position they held for four years until 2007. That same year, John joined Xcel Energy as Director of Investor Relations, a position they held until 2014.

In their current role at Cardiovascular Systems, John is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s investor relations and corporate communications programs. John has been instrumental in communicating the company’s strategy and financial performance to the investment community and other key stakeholders.
