Timothy Attebery

Timothy Attebery, DSc, MBA, FACHE has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Timothy is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Cardiovascular Associates of America. Prior to this role, they were a Strategic Advisor at Tim Attebery from October 2020 to December 2021. Timothy also worked as a Healthcare Consultant, Strategist, and Educator at Tim Attebery & Associates from April 2020 to December 2021.

Before their current roles, they served as the CEO of MedAxiom - An ACC Company from March 2019 to April 2020 and the CEO of the American College of Cardiology from September 2018 to April 2020. Prior to these positions, they held the position of President/CEO at Ballad Health - Holston Valley Medical Center from December 2013 to August 2018.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2015. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Western Governors University from 2012 to 2014. In 2002, Timothy Attebery completed an Executive Program for Growing Companies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, receiving a certificate. In terms of certifications, they became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) in December 2017, as recognized by the American College of Healthcare Executives. During their educational journey, they briefly attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, studying Economics but eventually dropping out after two semesters without obtaining a degree.
