Hamid Massoud is a skilled R&D engineer with extensive experience in the development and design of medical devices, particularly catheters. Currently serving as a Principal R&D Engineer at CardioFocus since February 2024, Hamid previously held the title of Principal Engineer R&D at Acutus Medical, Inc. from September 2023 to February 2024. Prior to that, Hamid worked as a Principal R&D Engineer at Galvanize Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2022 to August 2023 and served as an Engineer at Biosense Webster from March 2011 to March 2022. Hamid earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from April 2008 to May 2010.
