Magdalena Mrotek obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in 2012. Magdalena then pursued a Master's degree in Airport Management from Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they participated in a student exchange program at Masaryk University Brno in 2011 and 2012 to study International Relations.
