Victoria Garner, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Cardinal Management Group, Inc., a position held since January 2008, after previously functioning as Vice President of Business Development. Prior experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager at Koger Management Group from August 2003 to January 2006 and as a Leasing Consultant at Equity Residential from April 2002 to August 2003. Victoria Garner holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College, complemented by earlier education at Brentsville District High School.
