Shahnawaz is the GM of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Operations, and part of the core leadership team at Cardinal Carnation Group. He is a recognized and accomplished results-driven leader with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. In his present role, he manages the end-to-end gamut of Strategic Operations (Client Management, Project strategies, Talent Acquisition) including formulating General Management, HR Governance (Policies), HR Strategy, Talent Management Framework, HR Processes & Systems, and Performance Management among other responsibilities.
