Ed Daniels serves as the Senior Vice President Security and Chief Security Officer at Cardinal Health, overseeing Security, Environmental Health and Safety, Aviation, Meeting and Events, and Real Estate and Facilities on a global scale. With a background in ethics and compliance, Daniels has held multiple roles within Cardinal Health, including VP Ethics and Compliance and Sr. Director of Security and Information Protection, where significant advancements in privacy compliance and eDiscovery programs were established. Additionally, Daniels is a member of the Board of Trustees for Shawnee State University, appointed by Governor DeWine, and served on the Advisory Board for CyberOhio to guide cybersecurity initiatives. Previous experiences include roles at Abbott Laboratories and Ascom Timeplex, complemented by educational credentials that include an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
