Maureen James is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Cardinal Glass Industries since January 2020, responsibilities include managing the talent acquisition process, advising management on employee relations, and implementing engagement and retention initiatives. Prior to this, Maureen worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Wayne Memorial Hospital from December 2013 to January 2020, where duties encompassed benefits administration, recruitment, and policy development.
