Maya Ridinger

Director Of Research & Development at Cardiff Oncology

Maya Ridinger, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of research and development. Maya is currently the Director of Research & Development at Cardiff Oncology (formerly Trovagene Inc.) since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Scientist from January 2020 to January 2023, Senior Scientist from June 2018 to January 2020, and Scientist from September 2017 to June 2018 at the same company.

Before joining Cardiff Oncology, Maya worked as a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies from May 2013 to September 2017. Maya also gained experience as a PhD student at Institut Curie from September 2008 to August 2012. Furthermore, they served as a Teaching Assistant at University Paris VII Diderot from September 2009 to August 2010. Maya started their research career as a Research Assistant at the Weizmann Institute of Science from June 2006 to August 2007.

Maya Ridinger, PhD, pursued their education in a highly specialized field of study. Maya obtained their Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences Engineering from AgroParisTech in 2008. Maya then went on to earn a Master's degree in Cancer Biology from Université Paris Cité in 2008. After that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Biology from Université Paris Cité, which they completed in 2012. In 2013, Maya Ridinger also obtained a certificate in Bioinformatics from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
