Ximena Ringer has a diverse work experience in project management, events, marketing, and coordination.

From November 2022 to present, they are working as a LATAM Touring Project Manager at Cardenas Marketing Network, Inc.

From April 2022 to September 2022, Ximena worked as an Events and Marketing Manager at the National Alliance for Eating Disorders. Ximena was responsible for project leading, managing logistics, and ensuring event goals were met.

From February 2022 to September 2022, they worked at Live Nation Entertainment as Guest Services and Sustainability.

From December 2020 to February 2022, Ximena was a Project Manager at LaChindia LLC, where they managed projects for The Keenfolks digital agency and D'Corzo jewelry.

In 2019, they worked as a Sports and Culture Supervisor at Servicio de parques de lima SERPAR.

In 2018 and 2019, Ximena had roles at THE XVIII PAN AMERICAN GAMES OF 2019, including being the Surf Venue Coordinator and Press Space Coordinator at various competition venues.

From November 2018 to November 2019, they were a Project and Event Manager for Mateo Garrido Lecca EIRL, managing their career as a stand-up comedian and influencer.

In 2018, Ximena worked as a Project and Event Manager at Shows & Eventos Peru, where they oversaw various areas for the Cirque du Soleil production "Amaluna."

In 2016, they served as a Producer Manager Assistant for Los Cafres.

And from July 2015 to July 2016, Ximena worked as an Executive Assistant at Descabellado, a record label and production company.

Ximena Ringer has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. In 2016-2017, they attended Berklee Online where they focused on music marketing. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued their studies at ISIL Aprende Haciendo, focusing on administration and marketing. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of the People, where they are expected to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2025. Their major at the University of the People is in general business administration and management.
