Mark Hubbard is an experienced professional in construction and network operations, currently serving as the Construction / Field Services / Network Operations Manager at Blink Charging since July 2015. Prior to this role, Mark was a Project Manager at Builtech Construction, Inc. from December 2013 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as the National Construction Manager at Electric Transportation Engineering Corp. (ECOtality) from 2009 to 2013, where Mark managed the installation phase of a nationwide project to roll out 12,000 electric vehicle charging stations across 125 major markets and developed a network of contractors for installations and service.
